LET'S GIVE AWAY SOME ARCS!

So, I got some ARC's of Cragbridge Hall: The Inventor's Secret over the weekend!

(I stacked those myself . . . and took the slighty fuzzy picture. It's all very artistic.)

If you missed it, here's the vid of me opening them up (But I didn't film the celebration dance).

But I want YOU to read it. I want to give an ARC to you. I really do. I actually want to pass them out to everyone in the street like Scrooge when he dresses up like Santa Claus at the end of the Christmas Carol movie. (Even better, if we could do it like the Albert Finney musical version. Everyone would need to be really well choreographed though, because I'm not going to be able to carry that scene.) Unfortunately, I don't have that many (nor has Shelly approved any Santa suit purchases.)

There are two ways to win one. First, if there is a Deseret Book in your neighborhood, go on in and enter there. Just ask for an entry form and fill it on out. They are giving away 50! Yes, 50. If you don't live by a Deseret Book, have someone who does go in for you. Or move. But that might be a little too much.

Or . . . enter to when an ARC here! I'll give a couple away. So, to get your very own autographed ARC complete with swag (I don't actually have any swag, I just wanted to use that word. I could write "swag" on a piece of paper though. Or give you a picture one my kids drew of one of the inventions in my book--or a picture they drew of a monster that is completely unrelated to my book) enter the rafflecopter below (I love that name. "Everyone to the rafflecopter!" It makes me think of a helicopter that flings tickets with its blades. Awesome, and messy.) Tweet about the contest (either the Deseret Book contest or the blog contest, or both), share it facebook, or google+, have your kid draw a picture of an invention they made up, or build one out of Legos or cardboard or whatever (there are obviously tons of inventions in the book)- take a pic and post it. Use your garage for a billboard and paint about it, shave the title of my book into your dog (don't really do that), just spread the word. The more you do, the better your chances. 

We'll let the rafflecopter pick out two winners ten days from now, announcing the winners on Monday Nov. 26 (US only . . . sorry). That is unless someone really makes me laugh, or really persuades me with one of your tweets, facebook posts, or a kid makes up a really cool invention . . . etc. Then I'll just give you one, and rafflecopter the other.
