GIVING AWAY 50 ARCs AND A MARSHMALLOW WAR

by Chad Morris

So, I went to Brandon Mull's launch part for Candy Shop War 2: The Arcade Catastrope. No surprise there. It was pretty dang fantastic! and mushy!

This pic doesn't do it justice, but at one time it was like it was snowing.

Here's a link to the news vid.

And here is a pic of Brandon at the top, having finished his challenge. Good triumphant stance, Brandon. Well done.

Of course it broke out into everyone throwing marshmallows at everyone else. And there was quite a bit of a mess to clean up afterward.

I was at a booth giving out postcard type awesomeness about my upcoming book--Cragbridge Hall: The Inventor's Secret.

And the kids were great and asked me to sign them (SO AWESOME!).

One asked me to sign his cast. (And yes, that is marshmallow by my ear. Everyone likes to throw at the bald guy.)

And I signed one lady's bookbag, right below Shannon Hale. Yeah, it was a privilege.

But the best part is that the back of the postcard thing tells about a contest. My publisher is giving away 50 ARCs. Yep,

50!

Check it out.(The details on how to get an arc are in the tan box on the pic below.)

  2. Am a moron (don't answer that) because I don't know how to enter to get an ARC. I would like to be entered right this very second. Is that possible? Please say yes.

    1. Sorry, Jessie. To get the ARC you have to enter at any Deseret Book (Sorry, it was on the back of the postcard--the last pic above). I'm still working on a way to enter if there isn't one close to you.

  3. So exciting Chad-way to go! And does this mean that I'm related to someone famous now?! :)

    1. Thanks. And Nope. Not famous. It just means you can read my stories with a cooler cover than my Word Doc title page.
