Vocab lesson of the day

As writers we are always trying to improve our vocabulary (so we can understand that other guys book) so I wanted to teach you a word today.

hippopotomonstrosesquippedaliophobia

I'm sure you're saying, "That's a great word and all, Shelly. But what does it mean?"
Well I'm all about teaching you gigantic words AND their definitions.
Yes, I give back.
Are you ready for the definition of

hippopotomonstrosesquippedaliophobia
definition: fear of long words.

Try using it three times today and then it will become part of your word bank.

You're welcome.
