  2. Yes! My oldest son and his family live in China, and they've shared some hilarious photos like those. Makes me really nervous to use those free translation sites online.

  7. I had a wonderful ice cream sundae in the Philippines -- some kind of purple fruit ice cream with lots of different fruits and sweet beans piled around it.

  10. Our local Thai restaurant serves beans over ice cream. I tried it because I didn't want to look snobby, and it came free with the meal. Oddly enough, it's actually pretty good.

  11. Bean smoothie? My best friend tried to get me to eat brownies made from black beans once. "They taste just like the real thing!" Yeah, if brownies tasted like a**. Thanks for the giggles.

  14. I love Engrish! Using those translation sites is a good way to make some yourself. Have it translate your words into Japanese, then copy that paragraph and translate it back to English. Funny stuff.

    Here's that in Engrish: I love Engrish! You can use these translation sites, and some way to make yourself better. It has to translate your words into Japanese, and copy a paragraph, and translate it back into English. Interesting.
